I have my pictures stored on OneDrive that is shared between my desktop & laptop. I have it set so the files are stored locally as well. Is there anything special I need to do inside DigiKam so that the changes are always accessible from both machines as well as offline? Thanks!

Make sure your db is stored within OneDrive so it will get synced , but you wont be able to manipulate the db simultaneously from both gadgets
