Zoner Photo Studio allows the quick editing of IPTC metadata in the right sidebar. Moreover, when multiple photos are selected, any changed in the sidebar will be automatically applied to all. In contrast, in Digikam the metadata right sidebar only displays existing tags as read-only and when multiple photos are selected, nothing is displayed. I am aware that I can bulk change location using the Batch Queue Manager and applying Templates, but it is not reasonable to make templates for every single city/location even if I am only visiting it once. The "edit metadata" option only takes one photo at a time an presents a "next" button if multiple are selected, but we can't apply the same change to all at once.

Is there a quick bulk editing option for IPTC data that I am missing? Thanks
