is it possible to change the location of the Camera-tmp files?

It apears that theres files are created during editing the image. The issue I have got its that these files seem to be tmp files which disaprear after a while.

I am using resilio to synd photos across devices abd resilio is picking up the files to be syndc but can not find a copy of them.

Would be great if I can change the location for these tmp files.
