Hello,

i installed on my mom's laptop Kubuntu 16.04. As she's french, i installed french localization.
While interace seems to be fully translated, dolphin interface is partially french translated but mainly texts are in english.

is there a known problem with dolphin translation/localization in another language ?

"Ensure that you have installed the KDE language packages or translations for the languages you want to use."

You have no package kde-l10n-fr installed, correct?

for an unknown reason, ubuntu did not install:

- language-pack-kde-fr
- language-pack-fr-base
- kde-l10n-fr

Now it's ok, except for 1 item which is still not translated
