From http://unix.stackexchange.com/a/89680/177409 (about Debian-based systems):
If you want to add another language to your KDE environment, you should install the appropriate language pack. For example, to get Russian run:
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-ru
The package for Bokmål is kde-l10n-nb. The one for Nynorsk is kde-l10n-nn. Try to install your preferred language variant using the standard FreeBSD method to install packages. If you don't know the command, ask for help on the FreeBSD forums.
