Obviously not, you should report this via bugs.kde.org product=i18n component=fr

Hi all , I can translate the strings EN -> FR but one must then commit them in the right place. Are the items above still accurate today ?

EDIT : sorry I missed something I think, I installed it from the terminal, and everything comes fine, and everything in french.
Linux is very different from windows, it's a little bit hard at first time.
