On OpenSuse 12.3 with upgrade to KDE 4.13 tag names in cirillic was broken in korganizer.
In category list and event edit dialog the cirillic names of tags are shown as chain of strange symbols.
There is no problem with latin and number names
Did anybody face the problem?

Answer: the issue is reproducible at least one kubuntu 14.04 livecd
