Where does KMail or Akonadi saves mails?

about two weeks ago I noticed, some mails within their folders (sub-folders of the POP3-Local Order) are disappeared.
I supposed, PIM on KDE 4.11 saves mails and mail folders in ~/.local/share/local-mail. So I tried to recover the missed mails from a backup.
What a surprise, when I discovered, the missed mail and folders are also missed in recovered directories!
Further attempts form older backup brought the same result.

Then a Look at the current ~/.local directory revealed me that my supposing is wrong!
Current about 30% of mails are saved in ~/.local/share/..local-mail.directory.directory/
I don't know where the rest mails are!

Where can I find them??!! Could you help me?
