Unfortunately Google Calendar support in KOrganizer has been useless for me for about 2 years now because of this bug Bug #334569.

I am willing to help to fix this bug, just tell me what I have to do.
I'm on Ubuntu 16.04, KOrganizer 15.12.3, akonadi 15.12.3, libkf5gapi 5.1.
If it should not be clear what the problem is, I can add more screenshots from my own calendar or give more details. It does not happen with similar (non-kde) applications.
