Cannot add event in morning

Tue Jun 14, 2016 2:12 am
I am trying to add an event to my calendar, but when I pick 10:30 AM in the dropdown list, it changes to 10:30 PM

I'm new to KDE, and and can confirm the same problem.
Selecting an AM time in the dropdown list results in a PM time selection in the event
Using Kontact 5.7.3 on Kubuntu 18.04.1 LTS , currently in Thailand/Bangkok timezone
Any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks Tony

The good news is this bug, a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361764 is now fixed , but will take some time to migrate through the various releases.

Possible workaround is to change 'regional settings' to use International time (ISO 8601).
