Running Korganizer 5.1.3.

I have set-up a Google Calendar account.

When I enter a new event in Korganizer it shows almost instantly in Google Calendar. The other way round does not work.

Any changes in events made in Google Calendar website do not reflect in Korganizer nor do new events.

What do I need to do to set things right?

Same thing happens with Owncloud/Nextcloud. Addressbook sync is also bugged.

I can create new calendar entries, but not read entries i have made in the OC-Webinterface or with davdroid.
If I delete the calendar in Kontact and create it new, the entries made with kontact are synced, but not the other ones.
Akonadictl throws something like "entry not found"

I must admit i now work most of the time with Thunderbird, because Kontact has always something thats not working.

I have exactly the same issue. Did the situation improve for you? I could not even find any bug report anywhere or something like that.

Adding events in Korganizer makes them show up almost instantly at the Google Web calendar UI (at least if I select More > Refresh in google calendar).
But when I add, edit or delete events in Google Calendar, then these are not updated in KOrganizer.

I use KOrganizer 5.4.2 on a current OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 20170213.
Also Akonadi's version is 5.4.2.
