I have most of my calendar on iCloud because of my smartphone. I also have my calendar events to store and save on other services such as Outlook and Mail.com. Is it possible to link Korganizer with these services, and if so how?

You can look to see if they have any options for exporting their calendars (in iCal format), in which case you can set up korganizer with calendars using their export urls.

For Outlook, you can look into using DavMail http://davmail.sourceforge.net/ which provides proxies for various Exchange services, including IMAP for mail and CalDav for calendar.
