Hello.
Vacation ended, I have a new scholar year, and I wanted to ensure I have a good set-up for calendar. I synced calendar from two different source on my phone with no problem via DAVx5. I also added an online ics source for lesson planning via ICSx5, and it worked nicely. I now decided to sync them on my computer. This ics can be fetched online, using an url containing a token (the platform (propriarity) itself is called ecoledirecte. +1 for providing interoporable standard out of the box for this). It is in the form https://api.ecoledirecte.com/v3/ical/X/ ... ..XXXX.ics I found that I am able to import .ics calendar from local source, and add them in the KOrganizer calendar, but I was unable to find how I can (I'm not exactly sure how it work, this is me guessing what ICSx5 does) fetch it regularly from the network. I am using NixOS unstable (revision b769bd2). It often have problem with runtime linking, and KDE apps seems to use this a lot, so there may be calendar plugin that's missing (I fixed an issue related to akonadi-calendar not being present when using korganizer, causing a crash when adding a todo element due to missing a serializer for todo element. I will probably try to fix the package definition later. A good ocasion to test the todo functionallity ![]() Thank -- Marius |

If that helped, I tried creating an ical calendar putting the URL, but it didn't worked. Importing the file once downloaded work, as well as downloading it with curl.
