I'm getting '403 access forbidden' notices from kdenlive.org, and am unable to search through old forum threads or add bug reports to the tracker (http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/). I've emailed the webmaster but no response yet - it doesn't seem to be just me (http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/kdenlive.org).
The problem is Kdenlive consistenly crashing when working with reversed clips, but I'm unable to find any information about it. Is there a known workaround or fix? Ubuntu 13.04, Kdenlive 0.9.6

I'd recommend to render reversed clips in some lossless format (I use DNxHD because it is virtually lossless and nice to work with) and then use the rendered clip.
There is also problems applying the speed effect to a reversed clip. |

kdenlive.org is still down as of 12:35 pdt July 31, 2013.
I've sent an email to webmaster with no reply. What is going on? When will the site be back up? Jeff. |

It seems more, what can I say, sinister than that. The whole kdenlive.org website, forums and all, seems to have been scrubbed from Google. Doing a search for kdenlive or even "kdenlive.org" doesn't turn up single result that links back to the official website. Only someone with access to the website and the Google webmasters account would be able to that I assume. Searching kdenlive on Bing puts the site up at the top of the page (of course that takes you to the 403 error page). What is going on? I have an additional worry as I did commit funds to the indiegogo campaign last year, so I have more than a passing interest in this. |

The web master of the kdenlive.org site is JBM (Jean-Baptiste Mardelle). Last I heard from him was 9 July and he was on holidays until 14th of
July but I have not heard from him since. The only contact details I have for him is an address at kdenlive.org and he is not replying to that. But maybe that is because that server is down. He has been saying that the kdenlive.org server was struggling to cope with its load which is why he closed the forums on it in such a hurry. So lets just hope it is server issues and that he is OK. Because I love the kdenlive project. |

I took the liberty to email the hoster infomaniak to see if they know what is going on and if they can bring kdenlive.org back online.

Are there any news? It seems that server itself is ok and running, but something happen with its content including index file.

I did not receive a response (okay, it is weekend, but still) and just before I tried to contact them via their web form, but I get "Note: your question hasn't been sent yet!" in big red letters. A bit strange...
