Is there an easy way to replace icons (including those used in the timeline)? I am used to the Avid icons and it would be very good to be able to switch. Also, a lot of people that are trained on Avid would be able to go to work almost immediately with the possibility to switch to a more familiar look.

I saw an earlier post where it was mentioned that there were thoughts on making a way of making it possible to change shortcusts the same way as it is done on Avid (dropping shortcut icons on a keyboard). Has anything been done about that?
