I use alot of text in my projects and I find myself missing the safety zone guide lines that Cinelerra provide

I thought it would be a good option to add to the project view to give people a good idea of where there video might be

cut off so they can keep the main points of interest within the guide lines.

edit2: I saw that a commit was made in this direction. I love and give thanks to all the work
you all have been doing for the the new version.

This was just the mind map, sorry ;) I'm collecting ideas there sometimes.
