Dear Friends, I shot the image of a garden during a day, resulting in 300 images. Two remarks:  In my case, I would like to display 12 images per second, to display clouds moving fast in the sky. Otherwize, I like this feature ... because it exists and works well. Kind regards, |

I think you are talking about the "Slideshow clip" feature. I did a quick check, and yes, the dialog takes a while to appear, I think it is because it creates a small preview for each image. Creating 300 previews of very large images does indeed take a while. I could change the dialog so that it only displays the image names, and show a small preview for the selected image only. That would probably make the dialog appear almost immediatly. I don't really see how you will display 12 images per second if you are working on a pal project which is 25 frames per second :? The dialog asks you for the duration for each image in the format hh:mm:ss:ff So if you want about 12 images per second on a pal project, each image should be displayed during 2 frames, so you need to enter 00:00:00:02. Having an option saying: display x images per second would not be very accurate... and what if the user wants each image to stay for 2 seconds? regards |

Dear JB, I only read your message now, I played with the feature until now. Well, it is now clear that format is hh:mm:ss:ff Otherwise, in term of speed, displaying the dialog is really too slow. Except speed, this feature is really *** neat *** Kind regards, |
