I'm starting to work on an xml converter for kdenlive to/from fcp and after to/from ardour.
I haven't practice kdenlive for a long time, but i have read the documentation of the mlt framework.

The film editors that i know who use fcp often use the ability of fcp to fade between two clip, on a single track. The mlt can do that but i don't thinks it is possible to do it with kdenlive. Tell me if i am wrong.

So it would be useful for me to have such ability.
