Forced Pixel Ratio not working in accelerated speed of video

As said in title, when I force pixel aspect ratio on a video (which I have to do to do to get a 16:9 recorded video to actually edit and render as 16:9), whenever I edit (split scene) a single clip, and then change the speed of the clip to something (say 300% as in the video bellow), the aspect ratio goes back to 4:3, but when it is not sped up, it is still 16:9.

Doesnt really especially bother me, but I think is something maybe not noticed before, maybe it has been.

Thanks for your input. I was not aware of the issue, and just sent a patch on MLT's mailing list.
