Sound *only* works at 24 fps

Fri Jan 28, 2011 1:02 pm
After having annoying problems with the sound, i just played around a bit because sound crackling speeded up when choosing higher framerates. Also the sound got more and more speeded up and/or playback speed varied.
The *only* framerate that works is 24 fps - which is bad because all my source video files from a HD DV cam are in 29.97 fps...

Does kdenlive try to fit in the audio based on frames instead of time? Or did i just overlooked some options to make kdenlive import audio "the right way"?

I'm using Kdenlive v 0.7.8 from the debian squeeze repos, OS is debian squeeze 2.6.32-5-amd64
