First of all: Thank you for the 0.9.5 version (specially jbm!) and the
fantastic work. Kdenlive is already a brilliant piece of software! Until now I was using a self-compiled (the kdenlive-build script is working flawlessly!) version (Version 0.9.3 (rev. 4d988e5), compiled june-30-2012) which is working fine (incl. audio). During the last month I was compiling several times a more updated version and so I did with the new 0.9.5 (rev. 63b6ddb) version today. All this versions have one problem here on my computer. If I have more than one track - the audio (mostly mp3) is stuttering. Specially while dissolve or fade-ins are used for video tracks. The settings are identical to the one I am using in my working version from june. Cpu-usage is not at the limit while using the kdenlive preview in the project monitor. So any idea how to fix this or any hint to solve that issue? The described problem occurs only in the preview - the rendered video is working fine. Just an update: After some investment in a new computer - audio stuttering disappeared.
And also proxy clips are no longer needed ;-) Thanks again for kdenlive! DerIng |
