Hi Godwit, Not sure which version you're using. I'd suggest using the latest version 0.7 which you can install by running the Kdenlive Builder Wizard. You can find it here: And the support thread (of sorts) here: If you *are* using this already, I'd suggest that you run kdenlive by clicking the kdenlive_start.sh script generated in the /bin folder and choosing "GDB Output Capture". If Kdenlive scrashes it will give you a very useful log file to post on a bug report on the bug tracker at http://kdenlive.org/mantis . This information will help everyone to solve your problem as quickly as possible. Thanks for using Kdenlive! Cinephilliac |

SO are you saying that when you run the script (with kmdr-executor {script_name}) the window looks different, or is it giving you a command line error and not coming up at all? If so, posting the error here may help. |

Hi cinephilac, Please do not use kdenlive 0.6 - it is no longer supported. A new release is coming out later today (unless something unexpected happens). Please use that release. Re the wizard: Feel free to contact me on irc or on email if you need help. |

Besides, compared to Kdenlive 0.6, the current version rocks. Far, far more changes than you could ever reasonably expect in a 0.1 difference between releases. |
