configure tracks - can't move tracks

Hi Folks,

Kdenlive
Version 0.8.3
Using KDE Development Platform 4.7.4 (4.7.4)

I'm in the "configure tracks" option because I wanted to get a clean track above the main video, on which I could put a title.

However, the up, down and add buttons are greyed.

Any advice please?
