How to grab a frame?

I have a small video from my digital camera which I have rendered to DVD. Now I want to grab a single frame to save as an image to print. Other editors I have used have a frame grab option which can be saved as a .bmp or .jpg. Can I do this in KDENLive, as I have not been able to find an obvious option to do this?

Yes, just right click in the monitor displaying the image you want and select: Extract Frame
