Hi,
Today, I'went to start Kdenlive after 2 or 3 days, and with my surprise it did not. :-( when I click on the start icon, I see that the HD start to work, the icon appear on the task bar, but after a while the Icon disappear and the program doesn't start. What's up? TIA Renato |

Looks like you are using MLT from git and have got a bad timing. Try to update your MLT version and recompile it

I have the impression the package is broken at the moment.
If I try to install I get an error xxxx@xxxx:/usr/share/doc/blender$ sudo apt-get install kdenlive Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: kdenlive : Depends: libmlt4 but it is not going to be installed E: Broken packages |
