Hi,

the default way to capture audio from a webcam via oss don't work for me, but I don't know how to tweak the defaults to capture audio via alsa.

Any hints appreciated, thanks.

Always using latest svn versions of mlt, mlt++ and kdenlive (ubuntu).

The only way right now is to get ALSA OSS emulation working because kdenlive uses ffmpeg for webcam capture, and FFmpeg only supports OSS now. Someone is working on ALSA support for FFmpeg. Of course, you could also capture using some other utility outside of kdenlive that does support ALSA.
