Kdenlive Development NEWS

Mon Jun 30, 2008 7:52 am

Hi,

a new development news has benn posted on Kdenlive website (dated from 26th june).

KDE4 version is progressing and KDE3 version has more or less been stopped.

I am using KDE3 0.6svn version on Kubuntu 8.04 and think concentrating efforts on KDE4 version is a good thing. KDE4 will be in 4.1 version in july and I think that Kubuntu 8.10 will be a good time for migrating from KDE3 to KDE4.

I am happy with 0.6svn version (it crashes sometime, bu if you save frequently your job, you just have to reopen Kdenlive to recover everything)...this is a very good piece of software for my use.

Good luck for KDE4 development !!

Olivier

Kongrats, i look forward to the KDE4 version.

opensuse 11.1 is set for December 18th, any chance of a stable release by November as it would be fantastic to see it included in a default install?
