I just even installed kdenlive and i'm impressed!

I wanted to see what this is and hit "1" to load layout 1 but it detached only the Monitor window from the main interface and i can't get it back in... :o How can i attach the monitor window back in the interface layout?

Well you should have a small arrow on top right of the monitor window that will dock the monitor in main window again.

If this fails, you can still delete the file $HOME/.kde/share/config/kdenliverc

It will reset all Kdenlive settings to the default one.

Many users already complained about the window docking, this issue will be solved with the KDE4 porting.
