I compiled the version 0.7 just now. There are 5 transitions: Composite, Luma, AffineComposite, Wipe, Alpha transparency, and few options in them.

There was a transition also named Wipe in 0.6svn. It has many useful transition effects, such as cloud, radial, clock, etc... I can't find them in 0.7.

I think what you're looking for is under Luma.

I just re-added the Kdenlive 0.5 luma files to current svn, so the cloud, etc transitions will show again.
