Hello!

While booting a Live-Demo USB Stick (Transcend 8GB JetFlash), which I prepared in this way (http://www.kdenlive.org/user-manual/downloading-and-installing-kdenlive/live-demonstration-dvd-or-usb-storage/preparing-medi) in ubuntu 8.04, the boot process stops with the error message ""Can not mount /dev/loop0 (/live/image/live/filesystem-squashfs on //filesystem.squashfs".

I tried booting on an Lenovo Thinkpad T500.

Can anybody help me with this problem?

Thanks, Markus

Hello,

I solved the problem for myself: I customized an ubuntu 8.10 live CD -ISO with the UCK (ubuntu-custumizing kit) with installing the kdenlive package from this website. Than I installed this Ubuntu-ISO on an fast USB-Stick with the "System - Systemverwaltung - Create a USB startup disk"-script as an performant system. It nearly works like an installed ubuntu.

Kdenlive works perfekt from this stick!

Many Thanks for the great video-software.

Markus
