I just stumbled on a Kdenlive review over at http://www.notmart.org/index.php/BlaBla/Kdenlive

He used Kdenlive (SVN of the upcoming 0.7.7) to edit screencasts and was quite pleased. And see the comments there, too.

Now isn't this the kind of encouragement you devs needed to get Walter-Murch-style autoselfediting implemented? We've been waiting for this feature long enough :D
