This is the first time I use Kdenlive and it looks very nice and already comes close to what I can achieve with MainActor.

There is one bug, if you may call it that: the timeline does not always give the right information. Transitions or audio that is split from the selected clip are not always used or applied by Kdenlive, though they are present on the timeline.

What helps is simply adding a track to the timeline. After that, Kdenlive seems suddenly to be aware of the contents its timeline is showing to the user and applies the transitions and uses the audio.

I am using version 0.6.0-svn on KDE 3.5.7 release 72.6 on OpenSuSE 10.3.

The rpm-package is kdenlive-0.6.0-1791.pm.svn20080105
