i just updated kdenlive through the wizard.. i started it and it said mlt 0.3.9? i checked in the svn... mlt is still in 0.3.8, then I had a look at the about box in kdenlive... and i read... kdenlive 0.7.4, again i check the svn.. kdenlive still in 0.7.3, am i having optical illusions.. or did i miss something???

mlt is 0.3.9 in svn now. The build wizard uses the head of the svn repos it pulls. There will never be a release of mlt 0.3.9, so I can easily know if you are using a svn head version or release version. I don't know exactly the kdenlive policy.
