I've managed to close the "Clip Monitor", but now when I select to view the window it is now a detached window rather than being embedded in kdenlive!

I can't see anything obvious which will re-attach it, any one got any ideas?

I've tried Googling the problem (as there is no serch on this website) to no avail.

 

 

can you see a diamond icon, next to the X to close the detached window? click the diamond

Re the search: There is a search box, located in the lower left side.

Thanks, I appear be being going blind!

I'm running 0.6.0 un 64-bit Kubuntu 8.10 (KDE 4.1) on my desktop PC. I've only got ^ and down chevrons,  no diamond on the detached window.

When maximised the ^ becomes a diamond but clicking on this only reverts me back to a detached window which is sort of what I would expect.

I'm half inclined to move to the current version (0.7.1), but am awaiting an update to the Builder Wizzard as currently on my latop where I do run 0.7.0 it is saying that there are no new updates available.

Re builder updates: It checks for updates to *the build wizard*, not the svn sources. It is assumed there are new svn sources every day! :-)

So, please rerun the wizard, and you will get the newest kdenlive version.
