First of all hello to everyone! A few days ago I started using this really good program, It seems rather simple and intuitive, but I have some questions... Is there a way to select all the clips in a track? I wanted to apply the same effect to all the clips, can I automate this action? If I wanted to move a track up or down... How can I do that?

>> I wanted to apply the same effect to all the clips, can I automate this action? Yes! Select the clips and double-click the desired effect. There is an open issue regarding this also. http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=291
>> If I wanted to move a track up or down... How can I do that? Don't think this is possible yet... it might be a nice feature request though :)
Also check the documentation as there may be other/better ways than what I type here. http://kdenlive.org/user-manual/ http://kdenlive.org/user-manual/quickstart-guide/kdenlive-first-project |

Oh, it was so simple! I just tried to select the first, then press shift and go to click the last, this did not work, I didn't investigate this way... Well, now my work will proceed really quicker! Thanks! For the other question... I'll suggest the new feature. ;) |

Hi there
Great to see your videos. Lots of snow there! Great envy here. One of my reasons for trying to contribute to kdenlive is actually to create snow-holiday videos too :-) Unfortunately I always end up trying to get some code working, instead of actually creating a video. Oh well. I am going to put a link to my only public kdenlive video in the theatre section. |
