I started using Kdenlive a few weeks ago and really enjoy the program. Most things have been going pretty smoothly, including adding pics, vids, and sound clips. Now I am trying to add some JPEG image files, but an error always appears: "Clip /home/sirdouglas/Desktop/NuclearVid/beforeafter/1. Hirobefore is invalid, will be removed from project." I tried changing the pic to PNG, and the same error appeared. I can't do anything with my video without getting these pics added. Any ideas for how to fix it?

Btw, I am using Ubuntu and my version of Kdenlive is Version 0.7.2.1, Using KDE 4.1.4 (KDE 4.1.4).

your pics doesn't have a filename extension? anyway, what do you get if you do
ffmpeg -i PICTURE
?

Genius. Haha, just have to rename each picture with a ".jpeg" a the end, and it works. I don't know what you mean by ffmpeg, but I supposed renaming works just fine.
