Hi Guys

I want to give plenty of feedback to help the development of KdenLive, because I think linux needs a good video editor.

However, I don't want to be one of these idiots who comes along saying "it stinks because I can't figure out how to do x, make it more like iMovie!". With that in mind, I'm going to go away for a few weeks and use kdenlive until i've edited a couple of hours worth of video, added filters, transcoded formats, exported to DVD etc etc.

Once I do that I'll come back and give some feedback. In the meantime I just wanted to introduce myself so when I start giving feedback I don't look like some know-it-all who used kdenlive for 2 minutes and then gave up.
