I imported a bunch of clips into a project. However, some of my clips seem to be cut off. For instance, I have a clip that's about 3 seconds long, but Kdenlive cut it off at 2 seconds. Why is this?

If you place the clip twice in timeline, like that:

xxx###xxx

(where xxx represents your clip and ### is empty space)

Now try playing the first occurence of the clip in timeline. Does it play completely or is it still missing one second?

Can you also try this in a terminal:

melt myclip.mpg

ffplay myclip.mpg

and tell us the result.
