Hallo Forum Readers My video track on timeline has about 50 clips. I would like to add new clip to the beginning of track. I see 2 ways: 1) just move all clips on the track by hand starting from last clip till first clip. You will get gap at the beginning of track. Then add new clip to this gap. 2) add each clip to the group of clips, one by one by hand. Then move whole group so that to get gap at the beginning. Then add new clip to this gap. Both of theese ways have a drawback: it takes a lot of time to move 50 clips. Have YOu got another way? best regards Pawel |

To select clips next to each other faster you can use shift + left mouse button to select with a rectangle.
But for the scenario you described use the spacer tool: Either right click in timeline (not at clip) and then "insert space" or select the spacer tool below the timeline (next to the scissors) and then go to the beginning of timeline and "drag the clips away" (use ctrl for just one track) |
