I have a video that came off a older sony camcorder. According to ffmpeg - i the stats are:
bitrate - 115148 kb/s Video - dvvideo, yuv422p, 1280x1080 {PAR 3:2 DAR 16:9}, 1151146 kb/s, 29.97 fps, 29.97 tbr, 30k tbn, 29.97 tbc I've tried creating a custom project profile with these settings: size - 1280x1080 frame rate 30/1 pixel aspect ratio 3/2 display aspect ratio 16/9 color space itu-r 601 progressive - unchecked It does not let me create a 29.97 fps so I used 30. I'm still getting bars on the sides. How do I adjust it to get it to 16/9? Thanks Bryan |

Hi.
For an NTSC framerate (29.97), you must set frame rate to 30000/1001. Regarding the Pixel aspect ratio, not 100% sure but you could try to put 1280/1080 regards |
