I was testing Kdenlive 0.79 on Ubuntu 10.10 thanks to Dan Dennedy's Build Script and I think it got great features.. thanks for such a great software guys!

My question is:

It's some known issue or slowdown perfomance using Kdenlive on Gnome? (I know I can't change the skin theme)

I feel more comfortable using Gnome.

The only performance issue you might recognize is that starting kdenlive takes a little longer than on KDE since the KDE libraries are not loaded yet.
