The usual effect-options for a wipe are no longer available. One used to be able to select one of those many .pgm files to specify the kind of wipe one wants to achieve. This is gone now.
Also the keyframe-able opacity-setting for the Composite-transition is gone. At least I can't find it in the usual place anymore. At the moment I'm starting kdenlive with "LC_NUMERIC=C kdenlive" from a terminal, to have a working Composite-transition again. I'm running the current development version of Ubuntu 11.10 (Oneiric Ocelot). There are the relevant packages I've installed: kdenlive 0.8-4 libmlt4 0.7.2+git20110530-1build1 libavcodec-extra-52 4:0.6.2-1ubuntu2 libavcodec-extra-53 4:0.7.1.0ubuntu2 libavformat-extra-52 4:0.6.2-1ubuntu2 libavformat-extra-53 4:0.7.1.0ubuntu2 I know I'm being stupid for running a non-stable platform, but the job demands it and there's no room for a stable system to do any "real work" :) Best regards... Just tested this with latest kdenlive from sunab and using the command "LC_NUMERIC=C kdenlive" and can't replicate. Keyframes and wipes all present in the composite screen
Sorry that doesn't help though! |
