Hello all,

I am curious about what DVD creation options and render formats people use.

I noticed kdenlive has its own DVD wizard, but I haven't had time to explore this.
I am editing a video that will be output to a DVD for viewing on home dvd players, tvs, etc.
My questions are:

• What is a less-lossy render format to use for HDV? (I tried the DVD render format but this was too lossy in my opinion)



• What are your opinions about using Kdenlive's built in DVD Wizard or other Linux based software?
