I usually come across this problem while editing my videos. When playing in the Project monitor, I change the playback pointer to another place, then sound and video just don't match. Then after some changes of the pointer, it starts playing ok again. Then change position, then video and sound don't match, then...
I can't stand and can't edit my videos with this kind of problem. Why does it behave like that? I don't believe this's a bug, cause if it really is a bug, no one would be able to edit videos with Kdenlive!

It is probably due to libavformat has problems with seeking on your clip format or the way the tool or device created the file. If you play the source clip in ffplay, do some seeking within ffplay, and then let it play again, does it exhibit this problem?
