With the new version 0.8.3 when I add a slideshow I have the message missing clip. I try with a old proyect and I get the same error. I dont undestand the problem and I dont find information in internet about it. I tried return to a old compilation 0.8.1 for example but I dont find it. Could you help me?

Oh, you're right, slideshow clip is currently broken in latest git. Fixing it right now...

But I dont know how to see the number of the revisions. I use to update this repository ppa:sunab/kdenlive-svn. Is enought to wait for the update with this repository or I have to install otherwise.

The sunab repository is usually updated daily with the latest git version, so the next update should contain the fix, you just need to wait a bit, will probably be ready tomorrow.
