I deleted all my menus (don't ask why)

I can't get them back. Please help....uninstall / reinstall did nothing

You probably just have to delete the file kdenliverc in /home/YOURACCOUNT/.kde/share/config/ and it should be reset to the default values. Haven't tried it, though, so you might rename it to kdenliverc-old first...
