video to photo slider - developer needed

Can anyone help please, I want to set up KDE so that i can create a video from a range of photos from a website, i guess the video is generated on the sever. Anyway i could really do with some help with this, something we have never attempted before. Is this the right place to ask if anyone could spare us some time to either show us or do this for us please?

Why to Krita? He wants to create a video from photos, so Kdenlive is the right place.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

sorry got my "K"s confused meant to put on Kdenlive don't recall the "devloper needed" when I originally moved it though
