I'd like to find out if this is a known issue or not before filing a bug report.

When adding certain video material to a project, the audio thumbnail looks broken, the amplitude is exaggerated and looks like as if the audio stops before the video:



Audio and video are however in sync.

The video comes from a Fairphone, but I have seen this behaviour also with some other video material. The output of mediainfo is:
