can't register user on bug tracker

So.. where do I report the bug that the bug tracker doesn't work? :)

Jokes aside, I can't seem to create a user on the bug tracker.
Whatever I type I get the error:
APPLICATION ERROR #2701
Session variable "captcha_key" not found.

I hope someone who can take a look sees this.
