I get the same problem with kdenlive 19.04.2-1 – I have permissions to write to the directory I'm trying to write to, but kdenlive just won't save my template title. However, when I tried the AppImage version (19.04.2f), saving a title succeeds. I've run both from a terminal and there's one line that shows up when saving fails:

org.kde.knotifications: Audio notification requested, but sound file from notifyrc file was not found, aborting audio notification

So the culprit might be that I need to install something.
